Social Growth Engine provides social media growth and engagement services. We deliver boosts including followers, likes, views, and engagement to your social media content through our automated detection and delivery platform.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: using it for illegal purposes, attempting to reverse-engineer our systems, or reselling services without authorisation.
6. Service Delivery
We aim to deliver services within the timeframes stated, but delivery times may vary based on platform conditions and order volume. We are not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms regarding your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
Social Growth Engine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
